4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are in USD. We accept card payments (via Stripe/Airwallex) and cryptocurrency where enabled. Refund policy is as stated at checkout and in our pricing; subscription and credit purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Cryptocurrency and Wallets

Use of cryptocurrency or wallet connection is at your own risk. Transactions may be irreversible. We do not guarantee compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. API and Acceptable Use

You must use the API and services in compliance with applicable laws. Abuse, circumvention of limits, or resale without authorization may result in suspension or termination.

7. Geographic Restrictions

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it meets your requirements or is compliant in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for investment, trading, or financial outcomes.

AI-generated content and audit results. AI is not 100% reliable, especially for smart contract audits. Any AI-generated code, audit reports, or recommendations are for reference only and do not constitute a security guarantee. You must conduct your own manual review and testing before deploying any contract. Web3Arch is not liable for any loss (including but not limited to hacking, logic errors, or other defects) arising from reliance on AI outputs.

Compute and availability. Compute services (e.g. Archon model calls) may be affected by hardware maintenance, network conditions, and other factors. Web3Arch does not guarantee 100% uptime or availability and is not responsible for development delays or other impacts caused by service interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set forth in applicable terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The Service is operated by a Hong Kong registered entity (to be specified). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong. The courts of mainland China are expressly excluded.
